One of the strongest aspects of SOSIT TECH and its VIRTUAL FACTORY system is its quality control system.

Having to operate on different markets for sourcing components, it is necessary to implement a system of definition and quality control on-site in both the supplier factories and Italian headquarters.

This system was developed and perfected over the years, taking LEAN manufacturing as a management model, adopted from the TOYOTA PRODUCTION SYSTEM, and applying it to the specific needs of our global production.

Therefore, the technical and qualitative parameters of the product are initially defined with the customer’s technical office (dimensional 2D and 3D drawings, the international technical standard references, any necessary certifications, characteristics of the internal and external surface finishes, etc.).

Following the client approval of the first sample production, these parameters will constitute the quality and dimensional reference for our suppliers, our technicians and inspectors within the factories, our quality control in Italy, as well as our customer’s quality control.

Our suppliers are required to use machinery for production and quality control, suitable for the required production and always under the supervision of our technicians and inspectors.

Both the components delivered directly to customers, as well as components used for internal production of finished products in our Italian factory, are inspected and verified once more by our highly qualified staff in Borgomanero, equipped with certified machinery.
